Young Voices transforms urban youth into powerful advocates who have a voice in every aspect of their lives. Through our 7-month Leadership Transformation Academy, youth learn advanced research, public speaking, and debating skills. The Academy prepares youth to work with powerful adults to shape policies that improve the lives of all young people.
